We were not quite sure precisely what we wanted, however BDV demonstrated that they possessed a complete knowledge of every aspect of the Barbados property market and showed us all different types of properties from gated communities to beach fronted homes and came up with a home which was not even listed, and  is perfect for us.
 
You even helped us with the negotiations with the vendor and the choice of solicitor and  builder and where to purchase the furnishings and from where to equip the house with kitchen and bathrooms.  You also put us in touch with the company that gave us the best rates for foreign exchange which saved us a substantial amount of money compared to what the high street banks are offering, not to mention the organising  the opening of a bank account on our behalf.  Above all your services are exceptional, nothing was too much trouble, all executed in a friendly and professional manner.
