Westmoreland Hills Villa 44 is a spacious, modern villa in a new gated development. The development consists of 45 luxury private homes. All these homes have amazing sea views.

This villa, aptly named Serenity, is immaculately interior designed. It is spacious and has 4 bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms. There is also a cinema room with a sofa bed.

The villa sleeps 10 people very comfortably.

Westmoreland Hills Villa 44 comes with its own private pool. The complex has a large communal pool and gym.

The acclaimed Royal Westmoreland golf course is opposite the villa. The beach and Holetown are just 2 minutes drive away. This villa is ideally located. For those wishing to be in the heart of things, close to beach, shopping, golf and tennis this is perfect. The views are stunning and the gated development provides a sense of security.

1 x guest suite with a kingsize bed
(Both these rooms have fantastic sea views and bi-fold doors out onto a terrace and ensuites)
1 x guest room with zip and link beds so this can either be 2 singles or one large kingsize and an en suite

There is a cinema room in the basement that has a double sofa bed (this room has no windows but does have AC as do all the bedrooms).

There is a gated entrance to the development. There is also a private drive and parking for 2 cars.

For Villa guests there is a membership available at the Fairmont Royal Pavilion Beach Club for up to 10 guests. This can be organised at an extra cost . The Fairmont beach, one of the best beaches on the west coast. Just 2 minutes down the road the membership provides parking, sun beds, water sports, restaurant facilities all available within the membership. Making your stay super easy & relaxing.
