There are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms. 3 bathrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The 4th bedroom is located downstairs. It has external access and is cottage style.

Westmoreland Hills is a gated development with 52 newly constructed villas. It has on site security.
This development is within a 5-7 minute drive down to the closest beach in Holetown, St James. Additionally, in this area, you will find shopping and banks. There is fine dining, bars, nightlife and the west coast experience!

The Westmoreland Hills Villa Community is just across the street from the famous Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort. it is just 5 -7 mins drive away or a 15 min+ walk from the villa to the beautiful Alleynes Bay Beach with its crystal clear waters.
Also within 5- 7 minutes you have the West Coast entre hub, Holetown. It is 5 minutes drive to the nearest beach at Colony Club Hotel.
