We love this villa because...

Reeds House 13 Barbados is situated directly on the beautiful sandy beach of Reeds Bay. Reeds Bay is on the west coast and is an ideal spot for swimming and snorkelling or other water sport activities.

There are 14 luxury apartments at Reeds Bay within a tropical garden setting. The crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea are on your doorstep. There is on site car parking and 24-hour security. There are also private sun beds/umbrellas available on the beach to guests.

Reeds House 13 is a luxury penthouse with panoramic views from every room.  It has been refurbished and provides luxury accommodation for 2/4 people.

A well-appointed kitchen opens onto the living room. Here you can relax and watch satellite TV, a video or listen to music.

The sofa in the living room can be turned into a bed for an extra person. The adjoining small covered dining terrace overlooks the peaceful Caribbean Sea.

The master bedroom is beautifully furnished. It offers a king sized bed with en-suite facilities. The bathroom has marble fittings and a large corner bath. It also has a separate shower unit and a double vanity unit. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a small terrace. The terrace overlooks the immaculate gardens, beach and sea.


The second floor offers an exquisite private roof deck. A second bedroom has been added. This is furnished with a queen sized bed. It has spectacular views over the sea and is a wonderful spot to watch the sun set. 

A covered dining area with wet bar leads onto the sun terrace. Here you will find comfortable sun-beds and a private spa-pool.

Reeds House is a secluded boutique beach-front development. It is located between the Royal Pavilion and Cobblers Cove Hotels. Sandy Lane and the Royal Westmoreland golf courses are only 5 - 10 minute drive away. There are also several tennis clubs and health spas within close proximity.

This stretch of coastline, commonly known as the Platinum Coast, is home to some of the Caribbean's finest restaurants and bars. Duty free shopping is close by in Holetown. Speightstown is also only 10 minutes drive away and offers a supermarket and an array of lovely bars and restaurants.
