Nestled among the lush gardens of The Glitter Bay Estate you will find a selection of well appointed one, two and three bedroom apartments which make an ideal holiday home for families, couples or friends sharing. The Glitter Bay Estate is located on one of the best beaches on the west coast of Barbados and is next door to The Fairmont Royal Pavilion Hotel. Each of the units are individually owned and furnished.

Glitter Bay Estate Suite 312 - 1 bedroom superior suite with over 1100 sq ft of living space including the balcony space of a two bedroom apartment with a great ocean view. The open plan air conditioned living area has a modern sleek kitchen with granite counter tops, double sink and all the modern amenities including full fridge, dishwasher, electric stove and oven.  The living area also has a sofa bed to accommodate a third person (children under 12 years are on request) and this room opens out to the spacious balcony. The air conditioned master bedroom has a view of the ocean. The ensuite bathroom is sleek and modern with a double vanity and glass enclosed step in shower with a both a rain head shower and a hand held shower hose.

Glitter Bay Estate Suite 101- 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms ground floor apartment. The master bedroom is ensuite and has a queen bed and also features a flat screen plasma Cable TV. The second bedroom has twin beds that can also be made up to a king bed and features Cable TV and DVD player. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned with ceiling fans. There is a fully equipped kitchen and the living area. There is a second balcony facing the ocean which can be accessed from glass doors of the living room and has a dining table with four chairs. The living area and the master bedroom lead out to a very spacious patio. Here is a two seater glass topped dining table and two large seating areas.

Glitter BayEstate Suite 103 - 2 bedroom slightly elevated from ground floor apartment located in the first block and closest to the beach.  Sea View sleeps four (4) with the existing bedding and can be rented as a One Bedroom Deluxe except at Xmas/New Year.  This comfortably appointed apartment is fully furnished and air conditioned throughout.  This apartment is ideal for those wanting an ocean view and it also looks over towards the bar facilities. The master bedroom is ensuite with a combined shower and tub and double sink granite vanity and has a king bed, ceiling fan and large glass sliding doors leading to the south facing balcony. The second bedroom has two twin beds which can be made as a king, internet TV and ceiling fan. The second bathroom is located in the hallway and has a combined shower and tub with a double sink granite vanity. The galley style kitchen has granite countertops, large sink, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and electric stove and oven.  Cutlery, crockery, glassware, cookware are all provided. The living area has a ceiling fan, internet TV and DVD player, a fixed wall three seater sofa, a three seater couch and large glass sliding doors leading out to the south facing balcony.  The balcony is spacious and has wrap-around wall seating along with two wooden chairs, a round glass topped dining table and four chairs.  The balcony has double ceiling fans.  There is no direct elevator access as there are 4 steps leading to the front door from the elevator and there are 8 steps from the ground floor to the front door.

Glitter Bay Estate Suite 204- 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms Second floor level apartment (one up from Ground Level) - master bedroom with en-suite, king bed and the second bedroom has twin beds that can also be a king bed.This bedroom also has a TV and DVD player. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned with ceiling fans. There is a fully equipped kitchen and the open plan living area is fully air conditioned and has Cable TV, DVD player and ASDL connection. Both the living area and the master bedroom lead out to the very spacious balcony, which has a six seater dining table and large seating area with mini bar and wine cooler. 

Glitter Bay Estate Suite 206 - 2 bedroom apartment located on the second level (one up from ground floor) sleeps 4 with the existing bedding and the 5th person can be accommodated on a fold out a crib. The open plan living area is fully air conditioned and has a ceiling fan. The open galley style kitchen has dark granite counter tops, large sink, electric counter top hob and oven. The living area has two large sofas and a built in bar. The entertainment area has a flat screen TV with cable, multi regional DVD player. There is a portable CD player and iHome dock. The air conditioned en-suite master bedroom, with ceiling fan, has a king bed with dark wood furnishings, lots of cupboard and drawer space and leads out to the spacious balcony.  The en-suite bathroom has a curtained tub and shower and granite vanity. The second bedroom has two separate beds which can also be joined if needed as a king. This bedroom is air conditioned and has a ceiling fan. The second bathroom is located in the hallway and has a curtained shower and tub and a granite vanity. Hair dryers are provided in both bathrooms.

Glitter Bay Penthouse Apartment 313 - 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom penthouse apartment fully equipped with all the comforts of home and has elevator access. There are three air-conditioned bedrooms which lead out to their own patio. The private patio of the master bedroom offers a superb view of the beach beyond. Each of the four balconies offer  ocean views. Dining can also be enjoyed in the privacy of the patio off the living room.

Policy

Policies: 

Glitter Bay Development has a new policy on towels:


Beach towels are now available for use during guests' stay. Registration occurs in the office where you will receive your towel tokens, these can be redeemed for towels from the Beach Butlers.

Towels can be exchanged daily and the tokens should be returned at the end of your stay. Lost towels or tokens will be charged at BDS$50 per towel.
