The apartment was fantastic, the best one we have been in so far a Glitter Bay. The rooms upstairs were both very nice, more luxurious than you would expect in fact just as good a master with lovely big bathrooms, very good to have a bath also with younger kids that like the tub still.
It was located perfectly for access to parking, pool, bar and beach and the lift worked out great for luggage, shopping and my 79 year old mum who struggles with stairs. The balconies were set up very well on the lower floor useful have a good sized dining table, and seating area.
the Kitchen was well equipped we cooked meals several times which was much easier in a larger laid out kitchen too with an excellent fridge freezer and ice machine. Sitting area worked out well too with a good sized TV for the kids and plenty of comfortable seating. the AC worked well only thing I would mention that the unit in the master on lower floor was quite noisy especially at night.
Nadine who looks after the apartment was lovely and did a very good job, she works ever so hard cleaning the entire apartment, going all the beds and towels daily and was so friendly and chatty, especially with the kids which was really nice as she made us all feel so welcome. As ever the Glitter Bay staff were great, Timothy, Markisha, Camile and Frank looked after us daily and the chef was excellent, I think the food was the best its ever been this year, specials every day and lots of personal touched to accommodate everyone's needs. Beach and Pool also very good looked after by Rocky as usual who was on excellent form as per.
the apartment concierge service provided by Michelle was also excellent, VIP and transfers all sorted, groceries to order there on arrival which is so good as kids are always hungry and takes the pressure off to dash straight off to the shops on arrival too. Even though it was bank holiday weekend it was all sorted as per our requests even the cooked rotisserie chickens. car hire was good the guys from Stoute's Car Hire were on time and very professional.
Its always going to be hard to say anything negative about Glitter Bay as its our favourite place to stay and come for holidays but this was the best trip so far and a very nice apartment. We are interested in next year, just need to work out dates so will be in touch soon. We will of course introduce to anyone else BTW.
