The kitchen is modern and equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric counter top hob and oven along with glassware, crockery, cookware, cutlery, pots, pans, bakeware and kitchen linens.  

The living area is fully air conditioned and has a ceiling fan, TV with DVD player and cable system and this area leads out onto the balcony.    

The balcony has a dining table and 4 chairs plus a comfortable seating area.  This is the perfect spot for sun downer drinks and pre dinner cocktails and has a lovely view of the gardens and even a glimpse of the beautiful blue sea between the coconut trees in the grounds.
