The living areas at Half Century House, Sugar Hill are spacious and inviting, with a superb terrace overlooking the pool for outdoor relaxation and al fresco lunches. The ground floor comprises a modern, well equipped kitchen, powder room and a sunken living room opening out to a generous covered terrace which flows onto the pool deck. From here, balustraded coral stone steps lead down into the beautifully maintained tropical garden.
