Outside there is a large swimming pool and spa pool with a fountain. The fountain flows out into the large pool below. A romatic dining gazebo with wet bar makes this an ideal villa for a large family holiday. 

Each of the 5 bedrooms has air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms have TVs. The master bedroom has a private balcony that overlooks the gardens and pool.

Grendon House is in Sandy Lane Barbados. It is a perfect home for entertaining and socializing. There are so many areas to dine it is joy. There is a cosy breakfast area off the fully equipped kitchen. There are also 2 formal dining areas that seat up to 12 people.

The large comfortable sitting room leads out to a terrace overlooking the pool. There is also a TV room with large plasma screen TV. In addition Grendon House has a separate games room. Here guests can play with games including table tennis. There is another Plasma screen TV in the games room.

Guests staying at Grendon House  have access to the Property Owners Beach Facility at Sandy Lane beach. Here sun loungers and parasols are provided for the use of guests. There is also a bar area where guests can have a drink.

Guests may also use the Sandy Lane tennis courts. 

It is rented with chef, housekeeper, maid/laundress.
