Barbados Concierge
Our local office in Holetown on the West coast is ideally situated and manned with experienced personnel to help make your Barbados Holiday Vacation perfect. So if you need help with Car hire, restaurants, day trips to the Grenadines , special events organized, private charters and much more we are on hand to organize everything.

In addition we have our Platinum arrival and departure service -
Once you arrive at Barbados airport and enter the arrivals terminal you will be met by our representative prior to reaching the Immigration desks.  They will ensure all your immigration forms were correctly completed and then you will be fast tracked through immigration avoiding the long queues and leading you into the baggage hall to collect your luggage. 

Once your luggage has been identified they will arrange for a red cap porter to take care of the luggage and escort you through customs or lead you to check in for any onward connections. 

Once outside the awaiting vehicle will whisk you off to the accommodation of your choice.

Should you require a smooth hassle free departure after your relaxing holiday we can also arrange our Platinum departure service

Our representative will arrange to meet you at your accommodation and collect your travel documents. – Not luggage

This allows you to arrive only arrive 1 hour before the flight departure, to answer their security questions and have some refreshments in the VIP lounge before boarding.
