Monkey Business is one of the newest additions to the private villa collection at Sugar Hill.  The whole experience of this property is exquisite, from the long private drive to the shaded parking to the wonderful water feature that welcomes you upon entering the house.

The grand entrance sets the tone for what the rest of the property has to offer with a stunning chandelier, travertine floors and coral walls that guide you up the stairs to the main living area or downstairs to the bedrooms which open onto the outdoor living area and large pool.  The large luxurious yet comfortable living room upstairs opens up onto the outdoor covered deck which both offer stunning views of the West Coast.

The gourmet kitchen complete with its own personl cook is also located upstairs and opens onto the outdoor patio with its large dining table, which is perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner or entertaining.  The whole feel of this area, as well as the whole house, invites you to sit down and relax in style.  There is also a large outdoor living space situated on both floors which, again, is perfect for entertaining.

Bedrooms

Monkey business can sleep up to 12 people.  There is one ensuite bedroom with a king size bed upstairs, three bedroom suites including the master bedroom with a king size bed on the ground floor with the other two bedrooms having twin beds which can be made into king size beds and two bedroom suites in the fully detached guest cottage both with twin beds with one which can be made into a king size bed.  Each bedroom has been tastefully decorated and offers a lot of natural light and fabulous ensuite bathrooms and generously sized wardrobes.  Both king size bedrooms come with ensuites with tubs and showers, with all other bedrooms located in the villa having showers.  The cottage bedrooms both has ensuite bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a tub. 

The outdoor living space is just as breathtaking as the interior.  The ground floor outdoor living area can be accessed from the downstairs bedrooms as well as by the stairs from the upstairs patio.  It comes complete with a comfortable seating area and a large pool deck with an infinity edged pool which cascades down into a smalled pool below it and beautiful lush gardens.  The pool is the centrepiece of the property framed by the cottage on one side and the pool house on the other.

The private guest cottage has a self contained kitchenette with microwave, kettle, dishwasher, fridge and two burner stove top.  The pool pavillion is equipped with a sink, a fridge and icemaker, a powder room and shower.

There is also Sugar Hill Resort which offers: large pool and pool deck, the Sassafras Restaurant (open most days for lunch and a couple evenings for dinner), gym, members lounge, tennis courts.  Guests of Monkey Business can enjoy these facilities for an additional fee.
