Nirvana

Nirvana is a beautiful 2 storey, 4 bedroom villa whose entrance from the driveway into the hallway is tastefully decorated and furnished. The entrance opens out to the expansive open plan living room perfect for relaxing in. As you move around Nirvana, distinctive artistic touches are noticeable such as the pink hand painted balustrades to the staircase above the dining area. This is the work of local artist Linda Roach.

The living area has beautiful sea views from two sets of windows and double French doors which lead out to the covered patio and the enclosed garden below. Here you will find stepping stones leading across the small lawn to a gate at the bottom. Surrounded by palms and flowering shrubs which encourage a feeling of privacy, the garden has direct access onto a wonderful beach with excellent swimming and snorkelling. On one side there is a slightly raised wooden sundeck with 4 loungers which is shielded from the beach by a low bougainvillea hedge providing a superb visual colour contract to the glistening blue sea.

Whilst outside, you will find the plunge pool perfect in the particularly warm days. There is also an outside shower for rinsing off. The deck has been built around one of two coconut palms in the garden which offer some shade, in addition to which there is an umbrella.

Bedrooms
There is one bedroom located downstairs and comes complete with an en suite bathroom with tub/shower. This bedroom has two twin beds pushed together. Artistic touches in this bedroom include a dressing area with hand painted anchors on the wardrobe handles, matching pickled ratted bedside tables and many more. There are three upstairs bedrooms - to the rear are two delightful twin bedrooms with distinctive furnishings. Taking up the entire front part of the upstairs is the Master bedroom, which has an enclosed balcony with French doors opening onto a stunning sea view. The bedroom has a charming white four poster bed with white muslin drapes. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, air conditioning and ceiling fans for comfort.

Nirvana also boasts a spacious, well equipped kitchen with striking black Decoran counter tops against white built-in cupboards located close to the entrance.
