Mullins Mill is a fabulous 6 bedroom villa rental, constructed around a 17th century sugar mill, located in St Peter along the North-West Coast of Barbados. Nestled among eight acres of landscaped grounds, Mullins Mill can be rented as a 3, 4 or 6 bedroom villa.

Mullins Mill boasts over eight acres of stunning tropical gardens, including a jungle-like gully with a landscaped natural water course and a small bridge leading to its pool area.  From the gardens, there are stunning views of the glistening Caribbean Sea.  The terrace leads out to the lawns which boast views of the Caribbean Sea through the tree tops.  There is also a wooden gazebo perched on the edge of the ridge, a perfect place to sip cocktails at sunset.

Bedrooms

Upstairs next to the mill is where you will find the master bedroom.  There are beautiful natural varnished wooden floors, a private balcony facing the gully and a spacious king size four-poster Balinese bed complete with a cane headboard and muslin drapes. There is also an en suite bathroom featuring a tub shower and a dressing area with a single bed.  The master bedroom is fully air-conditioned and also boasts a cieling fan, safe and haridryer. 

The actual mill can be accessed from the gallery and has a circular sitting room and a formal reception room. On the upper level there is a beautiful charming, circular second bedroom.  This bedroom has a wrought iron four-poster queen size bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower.  This bedroom is also air-conditioned and has a ceiling fan. 

Bedrooms 3 and 4 both have twin beds and are connected to the main house by an open stairway. Each of these bedrooms have an en suite bathroom with a shower.  The vine covered guest cottage opposite the main house has two spacious double bedrooms with twin beds, each with their own en suite with showers. Both are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans for extra comfort.  The bedroom downstairs, has a built in seating and private patio area overlooking the canopy of trees to the coast. 

Outside

A refreshing walk through the gardens, past the water course and bridge over the gully, leads you to the oasis like infinity swimming pool and adjoining Jacuzzi.  Built on the edge of the ridge, it boasts stunning views of the coast, with a rear sun deck next to the dining gazebo with wet bar, and an unusual hand painted mural of Venus.  Behind the swimming pool, the garden opens out to an area of lawn where guests are able to either relax or play tennis on the private court.  There is also a private beach house on Gibbs Beach. It has a sitting area, kitchenette with wet bar and opens out onto a sun terrace and garden with built in BBQ. The beach house also consists of a bathroom with shower and two changing rooms.

The six bedroom rental rate at Mullin Bay includes the use of the owners' speedboat equipped for waterskiing and towing inflatable rides.  Note the cost of oil and petrol are additional.  This tropical venue is perfect for weddings and special occasions.
