Leamington House is a 5 bedroom colonial style Great House set in the exclusive Leamington Estate. Extended by Oliver Messel, the famous architect, the house was for many years the home of the American Ambassador.

The villa was recently modernised for the owners. The accommodation comprises of a very spacious living and dining area which leads to a covered patio, walled garden and private swimming pool - 4 double air-conditioned bedrooms, each with private bathroom, on the first floor and a fifth bedroom and bathroom are located on the ground floor. To complete the accommodation there is a TV room downstairs.

There is a private pathway that leads directly from the gardens to the beach.


What our customers say
Our holiday to Barbados was fantastic and everyone had a great time. We loved Leamington House, it was absolutely gorgeous, even better than we imagined. All the rooms were very comfortable and spacious and considering there were 10 people in the house plus staff it felt uncrowded. The staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The only thing was, direct access was on to a very public area of beach but a walk 200 yards north was a better area. All in all it was a lovely holiday.
