Bananaquit is the perfect villa rental for those wishing to unwind in style. The main living areas are located on the upper level floor where you are able to take in the spectacular views of the West Coast and the sea on the horizon. Also upstairs you will find the beautifully furnished living room, kitchen and a spacious outdoors covered dining and sitting terrace facing the west.

The ground floor outdoor living area features a useful bar and a large pool deck with an infinity edge swimming pool which cascades down into a smaller pool below it - perfect for small children. Under the pool deck there is a colourful media and games room, fully equipped with cable TV, DVD, pool table and table tennis table - ideal for the entire family.

Bedrooms
You will find three large en suite bedrooms on the ground level, each of which are tastefully decorated with access to the outdoors and a shaded sitting area. The master bedroom features a generously sized king size bed and en suite bathroom complete with a tub and shower. Two of the other bedrooms each have twin beds and en suite shower rooms. There is also a cottage which features 2 bedrooms, each of which have twin beds and their own en suite showers.

There is a quaint two bedroom cottage, each room with its own entrance, and is conveniently located just outside the main entrance to the house. Inside this tastefully decorated guest cottage there is a door which joins the two rooms. One of the bedrooms has cable television and a bar fridge. A little sitting area outside the cottage provides a nice outdoor space for those staying in the cottage to relax if they want a little time on their own.

As guests, you can enjoy all the Sugar Hill Resort has to offer including the clubhouse with its large pool and pool deck, the Sassafras Restaurant which is open most days for lunch and a couple of evenings each week for dinner, the gym and the members lounge. There are also 4 championship tennis courts for you to enjoy. You also will become members to the Royal Westmoreland Beach Club located at Mullins Beach - including beach facilities such as: water sports, sun beds and a private bech deck, the Mullins Restaurant and Cocktail Bar and the Indulgence Spa
