This family villa in Barbados has been designed to enjoy outdoor living, the main house has a huge patio/veranda which stretches almost the full width of the villa with both comfortbale seating and dining areas which overlook the private mature 1 acre of garden. There are two en-suite bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen, laundry room and a butlers pantry with fridge and ice-machine to keep your drinks cool. Across the garden from the main house is the large swimming pool with an adjoining gazebo equipped with a wet bar, fridge and ice machine.

At one end of the pool is a separate cottage which offers 2 addtional en-suite bedrooms

What is included in the price of your villa?

• Complimentary water - sports including waterskiing, when villa is booked with Worldwide Dream Villas
• Gas/electricity charges. (unless otherwise stated)
• Initial supply of cleaning materials
• Linen and most towels. (unless otherwise stated)
• Local taxes and service charges.
• Sole use of the villa accommodation as detailed on your confirmation/invoice.

What is not included in the price of your villa?

• Charges made for additional staff, childrens requirements or services.
• Gratuities.
• Private Transfers.
• Security/Damage deposit - This is an additional deposit requested by Worldwide Dream Villas 28 days prior to your departure. This deposit varies amongst properties from £500 upwards, therefore the required amount and the payment method will be presented on your confirmation/invoice. Any breakages or damages should be discussed and agreed with you before any charges/deductions are taken from your deposit. The remainder or the full deposit will be refunded once authorisation from the villa management has been received, which can be up to 2 weeks after departure.
• Some overseas Departure Taxes. (approximately £20 per person)
• Telephone Charges : Telephone calls made from your villa should, where possible, be made via the operator using a credit card or phone card. If you make any calls, the appropriate charges will be either deducted from your Security/Damage deposit. In some instances the owner/villa management agent reserve the right to hold onto the security deposit until the itemised bill has been received and required payment agreed, this may take up to 3 months in some destinations. Please request further information at the time of booking.
