Really Oceanfront - the Beach house is a lovely 3 bedroom beachfront villa in Barbados that takes prime position next to the Sandpiper hotel's beach where the sea literally is several feet away from the front deck patio at high tide. Now owned by Sandpiper staying here includes all the facilities of the Resort including its swimming pool, Gym and Water sports. The rates also include breakfast which can be taken at the Hotel or in the Beach House, service charge and tax.

The villa is bright and light with 3 bedrooms, large living room, Kitchen and a 40-foot oceanfront deck from which to observe the activities on the beach. Choice of dining - The House is self-catering if you prefer but a cook can be provided if required. However, being part of Sandpiper Hotel means you can dine in the Hotels award-winning restaurant for lunches and dinners without having to worry about getting home.

Bedrooms and bathrooms - 3 bedrooms with the master having an oceanfront view and en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms are air conditioned with ceiling fans and a combination of King, Queen and twin beds to suit most requirements.

Facilities for all. There is Cable television, Video player and CD stereo system. Sports and relaxation - Watersports, Golf, Tennis and Gym are all nearby and can be arranged through the Hotel. Massages, reflexology and other treatments can be done at the house or at the Hotel or Spa at Coral Reef.

Please note that due to the continual rise in fuel costs and after a comprehensive review of the hotel watersports operation for Sandpiper they have found it necessary to implement a nominal charge for guests to make use of motorized watersport activities.

As such, effective December 15th, 2012 and until further notice, a surcharge of Bds$25.00 will be charged to all bookings of motorized watersports (skiing, site-seeing tours, Banana/Mabel rides etc). This charge will be based per 15 minute time slot and will be charged directly to the guest account.
